### Stop Redis on autostart on computer start

  ``` 

### Uninstall Redis and its files

- ```$ brew uninstall redis 
  ``` 

- ```$ rm ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.redis.plist
  ``` 

### Test if Redis server is running

- ```$ redis-cli ping
  ```
